FAQs that we get. Alot.
What the hell is conveyancing?
Conveyancing is the process of transferring legal ownership of land to a new owner. A conveyancer helps both sellers & buyers at every step.
What’s the difference between a lawyer and a conveyancer?
A conveyancer is an expert in property contracts. A lawyer is an expert in property law. You need both to buy, sell or transfer property. Yes, we do both.
Should my offer be accepted before I get the contract of sale reviewed?
Yes. Because unaccepted offers are not yet set in legal stone. Speak to our team when the negotiated price is locked in writing.
How much do you charge?
We charge a fixed fee for almost all property types. We’re surprisingly low cost and in-line with the market but much, much easier to use.
Should I come into your office to sign anything?
No. Never. Conveyancing done well in 2024 is a completely digitised process. Titlespace lets you securely sign and share all documents from your phone.
Where are you based?
Titlespace is fully remote – speak to us online or over the phone. We have local teams in every state along Australia’s east coast (QLD, NSW, VIC & even ACT) so we can help you manage every migraine-giving detail of property.
